We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our professional team as a Seasonal Rental Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing rental requests, and maintaining inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and process rental requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and document on-site inventories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process new rental contracts daily, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues.
  • Opportunity to work overtime and contribute to the success of our team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with computers and knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
