FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Customer Service Representatives. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team. Your focus will be on supporting the producers and clients in the selling and servicing of commercial insurance. To build and maintain strong relationships with our internal & external partners which includes insurance company representatives and producers.Duties and responsibilitiesProviding exceptional day to day customer service to our clientsProcessing policy changesMaintain professional relationships with Insurers and UnderwritersAssist and provide support to Producers as requiredProcess call backs, submissions and mail in a timely mannerFlexible to perform various assigned tasksPromotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio reviewCross-sell a variety of products at every opportunityPromotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship buildingRemains current on all company philosophies and proceduresAccepts risks within established guidelinesQualificationsHolds RIBO license in good standingPrevious commercial lines insurance experienceProfessional, friendly and courteous with the ability to provide superior customer serviceHave the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writingAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentHave excellent organization and time management skillsStrong analytical and decision making abilities to work with a variety of insurers and their productsAdaptable to change Broker Management System ExperienceTeam player with strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision FSB GROUP LTD. is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
