Demonstrate creativity, adopt new ideas, and encourage innovation.business and financial acumen and an understanding of the value delivered by the Project.and proactively manage issues and conflicts. Influence others through reason, win-win negotiations, and positive outcomes. Bring the best out of the individuals, support positive communications across the project team.Ability to exercise sound judgment, influence decision making and work collaboratively in a team environment.Creative in developing, identifying, and evaluating alternate solutions to optimize business opportunities.Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Demonstrate visible, engaged, and influential leadership at the job sites (head office and field).Demonstrated diligence and transparency in timely project reporting.Monitor the project and act to correct deviations and changes as they arise.Ability and willingness to travel to site as required by the project.PRE-REQUISITE TRAININGStandard First AidH2S Alive (required for sour facility projects, if applicable)
