Baseline is a fast growing SaaS company disrupting the real estate private lending industry. Our flagship product, an advanced Loan Management Software, connects Point-of-Sale, Origination, Servicing, and Investor Management functions for real estate private lending firms across North America. Baseline is bringing useful technology to businesses in an industry mostly served by legacy software solutions. We are committed to driving innovation and excellence in real estate private lending and are looking for talented people driven to have a big impact on the companies they are a part of.About the RoleJoin our team as a Business Development Representative and become a key sales driver. You'll be responsible for outbound sales development, closing deals, and interfacing with c-suite prospects. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is integral to this role.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential private lenders as target customers.Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and conferences.Qualify leads through initial discovery calls.Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase software benefits.Become a subject matter expert in our software platform and develop a strong understanding of real estate private lending processes.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer insights.Run short bi-weekly sales meeting for Baseline’s leadership group.Maintain, update, and create sales reports.QualificationsMost Importantly: Your comfortable leading sales calls and have measured results from previous roles.Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or real estate finance sector.Experience working with HubSpot or a popular CRM.Baseline is an equal opportunity employer.
