YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in propelling sales by engaging with companies and potential clients to introduce Aurium's comprehensive solutions and services. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and an unwavering commitment to success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify and prospect new products, brands, and companies seeking distribution partnerships in the Canadian market.

· Champion Aurium’s comprehensive services to prospective clients.

· Develop and execute lead generation strategies.

· Create compelling presentation materials for client engagements.

· Collaborate with the Aurium team to craft responses to proposal requests.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

· Foster and negotiate long-term client relationships.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Requirements:

· A degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience.

· Demonstrated track record of sales success, including prospecting and closing.

· Expertise in selling to senior-level professionals in industries such as Healthcare, CPG, Retail, and OTC.

Skills:

· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

· Possess a winning mindset and a relentless pursuit of success.

· High energy coupled with an entrepreneurial, creative, and strategic approach.

· Strong networking abilities.

· Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.

· Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and public speaking.
