The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the Key Account strategy (ex. BCLS and other Key Accounts) to plan, develop, and implement sales initiatives to deliver annual budget including revenue and volume targets.What You'll Do:Conduct business reviews, listing presentations, promotional programming applications and supplier visits with assigned Key AccountFormulate plans to obtain agreed listings, retail pricing, distribution, shelf positioning and retail inventory levelsMeet with key buyers to present opportunities and develop on-going working relationshipsEnsure customer satisfaction and growth of long-term relationshipsExecute sales strategies and programs in conjunction with Trade Marketing Manager, Sales Managers, and Field Sales RepresentativesWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 3+ years of progressive sales and key account experience in the alcohol beverage industryCompleted Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institutionLeadership and strategic planning abilitiesStrong customer management, organizational and analytical skillsProven negotiation skillsSuperior interpersonal skillsImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsDeclaration Wine & Spirits Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
