Notre client dans le secteur de la distribution électrique cherche à recruter un Directeur National des Ventes. Une grande partie des affaires provenant du QUÉBEC, nous nous attendons à ce que le candidat réside dans notre province. Le titulaire du poste devra soit travailler à domicile, soit visiter principalement la clientèle québécoise.En tant que directeur national des ventes, vous serez responsable de la supervision et de la conduite de la stratégie et de l'exécution des ventes.Ce offre des opportunités de croissance, des bonus de performance, des assurances à 100%, des REER à 4%, et 3+ semaines de vacances.Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité du vice-président chargé des ventes. Il est placé sous l'autorité du directeur général dans l'intervalle.Exigences du poste :- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais fonctionnel (à l'écrit et à l'oral)- Capacité à voyager de 25 à 50 %.- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.- Réussite avérée dans la gestion des ventes, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, dans le secteur de la distribution en gros de matériel électrique.- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations et de négocier efficacement avec les clients et les parties prenantes.- Penseur stratégique avec un état d'esprit axé sur les résultats et la capacité d'élaborer et d'exécuter des stratégies de vente efficaces.Quelques tâches du poste :- Créer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente aux clients qui permettent d'augmenter le revenu brut et la marge contributive, qui sont alignés sur la stratégie du canal et de l'entreprise, avec des rapports mensuels sur des prévisions de vente précises, en identifiant les opportunités, les risques et les perspectives afin de respecter les engagements du plan avec des plans d'action de clôture des écarts.- Surveiller et communiquer sur les produits concurrents, y compris les données pertinentes sur les ventes et le marketing et les nouvelles du secteur.- Gérer les gestionnaires de comptes stratégiques et les agences de vente tierces, en fixant des cibles, des objectifs et des attentes clairs.- Réaliser des scénarios tarifaires et promotionnels pour augmenter les ventes et les marges, en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion des produits.- Gérer les relations stratégiques avec les clients et élaborer des plans d'acquisition de nouveaux clients.- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente interne pour contribuer à la réalisation des plans de vente et de promotion.- Fournir des conseils sur l'entretien des comptes de maintenance avec des objectifs de vente.- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de génération de la demande pour stimuler la demande d'aide et la notoriété de la marque auprès des principaux constructeurs, rénovateurs, GC, ingénieurs, concepteurs, etc. par le biais de devis de projets.- Construire et maintenir un pipeline d'opportunités de développement de nouvelles affaires par le biais du CRM- Négocier les contrats/accords avec les clients- Surveiller et communiquer les produits des concurrents, y compris les données pertinentes sur les ventes et le marketing, ainsi que les nouvelles du secteur.
