Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in Talent Acquisition.What You’ll be Doing:Recruitment & Sourcing (80%)Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed platforms to source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.Facilitate the virtual assessment step of the interview process.Assist with the creation and maintenance of all employer brand collateral, including job requisitions, position descriptions, LinkedIn pages, and recruitment tooling.Partner with College and University educators to build early talent pipelines.Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract elite talent.What You Bring to the Table:Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources.A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).Exciting social events and Employee Recognition Program.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus system.Company cell phone provided.Fusion Homes is an equal opportunity employer that champions diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
