Join the Fusion Team
We are searching for an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process. Supporting People & Culture administration, you will lend a hand in support of the total P&C team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in Talent Acquisition.
What You’ll be Doing:
Recruitment & Sourcing (80%)
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed platforms to source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
- Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
- Assess candidates’ capability fit and values alignment.
- Facilitate the virtual assessment step of the interview process.
- Provide recommendations to the recruiter and hiring manager on A-level talent.
- Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of all employer brand collateral, including job requisitions, position descriptions, LinkedIn pages, and recruitment tooling.
- Partner with College and University educators to build early talent pipelines.
- Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract elite talent.
People & Culture Administration (20%)
- Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
- Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
- Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.
- Strong talent assessment capability.
- Results-orientation with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
