We promote personal development, self-initiative and a sense of responsibility in order to support all our employees in fully developing their individual strengths.Responsibilities:· Participate to the re-organization of the warehouse layout and 5S activities.· Implement KPIs for shipping, and control of inventory of finished products.· Oversee daily activities of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and activities related to inventory control of finished products.· Establish work schedules for replacement of vacations, resolve work-related issues, prepare, and submit reports.· Approve hourly employees timesheets· Ensure proper communication with the sales team related to shipment of orders.· Ensure the proper operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance or repair when needed.· Maintain strict control over inventory to meet external demand of product, communicate variations, and put in place correctives measures.· Ensure proper storage of all materials in warehouse as well as handling & storing of rejected materials/solid waste at the designated areas.· Oversee supervision of staff, participate in their training (duties, safety procedures and company policies) and ensure employees operate in an efficient and safe manner.Qualifications:· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management with supervisory experience · SAP knowledge nice to have.· Driver's license is required.· Forklift license nice to have· Functional knowledge of French and English language, both written and verbal, is required· Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed· Knowledge of safety management
