**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. They will also be responsible for implementing KPIs, establishing work schedules, and ensuring proper communication with the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the re-organization of the warehouse layout and 5S activities.
  • Implement KPIs for shipping and control of inventory of finished products.
  • Oversee daily activities of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and activities related to inventory control of finished products.
  • Establish work schedules for replacement of vacations, resolve work-related issues, prepare, and submit reports.
  • Approve hourly employees' timesheets.
  • Ensure proper communication with the sales team related to shipment of orders.
  • Ensure the proper operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange for maintenance or repair when needed.
  • Maintain strict control over inventory to meet external demand of product, communicate variations, and put in place corrective measures.
  • Ensure proper storage of all materials in the warehouse as well as handling & storing of rejected materials/solid waste at the designated areas.
  • Oversee supervision of staff, participate in their training (duties, safety procedures, and company policies) and ensure employees operate in an efficient and safe manner.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management with supervisory experience.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Driver's license is required.
  • Forklift license is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of French and English language, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.
  • Knowledge of safety management.
