Responsibilities:

· Participate to the re-organization of the warehouse layout and 5S activities.

· Implement KPIs for shipping, and control of inventory of finished products.

· Oversee daily activities of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and activities related to inventory control of finished products.

· Establish work schedules for replacement of vacations, resolve work-related issues, prepare, and submit reports.

· Approve hourly employees timesheets

· Ensure proper communication with the sales team related to shipment of orders.

· Ensure the proper operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance or repair when needed.

· Maintain strict control over inventory to meet external demand of product, communicate variations, and put in place correctives measures.

· Ensure proper storage of all materials in warehouse as well as handling & storing of rejected materials/solid waste at the designated areas.

· Oversee supervision of staff, participate in their training (duties, safety procedures and company policies) and ensure employees operate in an efficient and safe manner.


Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management with supervisory experience

· SAP knowledge nice to have.

· Driver's license is required.

· Forklift license nice to have

· Functional knowledge of French and English language, both written and verbal, is required

· Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed

· Knowledge of safety management
