Résumé/Objectif

Nous recherchons un directeur de compte vente au détail hautement motivé et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe au Québec. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de cultiver et de développer des relations avec nos partenaires de vente au détail, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de comptes stratégiques, et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience avérée de succès en gestion de compte, ventes et développement commercial, avec une expérience dans l'industrie des pneus.


Fonctions Essentielles

•Effectuer des visites régulières dans les points de vente au détail pour promouvoir la disposition des produits, recueillir des commentaires et traiter les éventuels défis ou opportunités d'amélioration.

•Fournir des informations précieuses issues du secteur de la vente au détail pour contribuer à la planification stratégique.

•Offrir une connaissance approfondie des produits et des sessions de formation aux partenaires de vente au détail pour garantir une compréhension complète de nos offres de produits.

•Qualifier et développer de nouveaux clients potentiels dans le secteur de la vente au détail et établir de nouvelles affaires dans la région.

•Servir de principal interlocuteur pour les problèmes liés à la garantie, fournissant un soutien rapide et efficace pour résoudre les préoccupations soulevées par les partenaires de vente au détail.

•Préparer et mettre en oeuvre des programmes d'incitation à la vente pour la clientèle ainsi que pour les utilisateurs finaux auprès des clients (flottes).

•Représenter Dynamic Tire lors de salons professionnels, de salons de concessionnaires et de réunions d'associations professionnelles, sensibilisant à la marque et à la disponibilité des produits.

•Identifier les principales tendances du marché, les programmes concurrentiels et les insights de l'industrie.

•Des déplacements fréquents dans le territoire assigné sont requis.

Position: Strategic Account Manager (Sales), Quebec Region

Reporting to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing


Summary/Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our retail partners. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, develop, and implement strategic account plans, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, and business development, with experience in the tire industry.


Essential Functions

•Conduct regular visits to retail locations to drive product placement, gather feedback, and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.

•Provide valuable insights from the retail sector to contribute to strategic planning.

•Provide in-depth product knowledge and training sessions to retail partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.

•Qualify and develop prospective retail customers and establish new business within the region.

•Act as the main contact for warranty-related issues, providing timely and effective support to resolve any concerns raised by retail partners.

•Prepare and deliver sell-out incentive programs to the customer base as well as end users with customers (Fleets).

•Represent Dynamic Tire at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows, and Trade Association meetings, driving awareness of brand and product availability.

•Identify key market trends, competitive programs, and industry insights.

•Embrace and drive change.


Travel

•Frequent travel within assigned territory is required (90%).

•Additional requirements for customer visits or meetings outside regional territory (periodically).

•Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

•Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

•Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
