We have an exciting opportunity available – We are seeking a Full Time Project Coordinator - Site to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.


SUMMARY OF POSITION


Reporting to the Project Manager, Project coordinators - Site assist in the management of construction projects to ensure a project is completed on time and within budget and that the project's objectives are met. This position is required to work primarily on site while interacting with sub-contractors, superintendents, owners, and consultants on a day-to-day basis.


Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with all areas of the construction process, as directed by the project management team.
  • Establish, update, and maintain project files, contract drawings and logs; distribute to trades as required.
  • Attend and prepare minutes for project subcontractor meetings.
  • Ensure information is up to date and assemble outstanding information for weekly priority report.
  • Work directly with assisting Project managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, Consultants and Owners
  • Learn and promote Wright Construction policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Architectural Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Commercial, Industrial, and/or Institutional construction is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Timberline Software, and BIM Software.
