Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to our department(s) and/or program(s).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and programs
  • Coordinate clerical and financial services
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements:**

  • One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Basic - Accounting skills
  • Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate - Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
