**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to various departments and programs
- Coordinate clerical and financial services
- Develop and maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
**Requirements:**
- One (1) year experience in an office environment
- Office Administration certificate
- Basic - Accounting skills
- Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Ability to work independently
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
