Role Description


This is a Independent Contractor and remote role as a Equipment Finance Specialist with a full commission-based compensation structure and no base salary. The Territory Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing strategies that drive new business. The individual will also be an Entrepreneurial spirit in Building new Corporate relationships. Achieve Sales Goals by building a personal Business development plan and trying all old and new ways of networking and present Ratenest.ca as a Leading Brokerage in Equipment leasing space. Quick learner and a visionary who would like to build their career in this Industry. Down the road Ratenest.ca will have other divisions under which you will be given a chance to learn and grow as well while leveraging the client book you will build.


Qualifications


  • Prior experience in Heavy Equipment sales and/or Financing and leasing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Previous Banking experience in Financial Products sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to work remotely and possess strong self-motivation and time-management skills
  • An understanding of the Heavy Equipment industry and leasing practices
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an asset but not required
  • Existing relationships within Construction, Agriculture, Medical and Transportation Industry is a plus
  • Experience with relevant software and technologies, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
