- Recommend appropriate parts and services to enhance equipment performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in both English and French is an asset.
