Responsibilities:
- Manage and support AudioCodes devices, Mediant gateways, Session Border Controllers, and Polycom room devices
- Oversee all aspects of Exchange Online including user mailboxes, distribution groups, transport rules, and connectors
- Coordinate with Cyber Team for mailbox security and hygiene measures
- Manage security alerts and threat policies within Microsoft Defender
- Administer mobile devices enrolled in Endpoint Manager (Intune) and ensure compliance with policies
- Support Exchange on-premise environment including server management, patching, and DR strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, InTune, and Cloud Computing
- Proficiency in Exchange Online and hybrid setups
- Hands-on experience with Skype 2019 and MS Teams, including migration processes
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for Active Directory and Exchange
- Deep understanding of Windows 10, Windows Server, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and other Microsoft infrastructure services
Salary: $100-$115k/year
