Your New Company:
Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a non-profit organization in New Westminster, BC. We are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend. You will be working Monday to Friday in office with a great team.
Your New Role:
- Perform transactional and data/records management activities in the HR system
- Partners with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information is recorded
- Process employee changes in system and reconfirm data and update data accordingly
- Complete the entry of employee information process by taking appropriate steps in HRIS.
- Monitor HR ticketing system and action within SLAs
- Generating HR documents and track and monitor documentation
- Support with HR communications, notifications, employment agreement
- Accountable for the maintenance of employee files with confidentiality
- Support with other ad-hoc HR duties as required
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience in human resources.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to handle confidential information and attention to detail
- Please note this is a full-time position starting immediatley so you must be immediatley available to start full-time. ***
