What You Bring:

• 10 years of senior sales experience, preferably in the mobile application space.

• STEM bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in software development.

• Coding experience (especially in mobile application or full stack development) preferred.

• Willingness to travel (typically throughout North America) at least once per month.

• Deep market and product awareness, staying ahead of trends and opportunities.

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to generate sales materials and proposals, working with internal and external teams and tools such as ChatGPT.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive business development and achieve sales targets.

• Define sales processes and drive desired outcomes, identifying improvements when needed.

• Implement infrastructure and systems to support the sales function.

• Foster a culture of success, driving ongoing business growth and goal achievement.

• Collaborate with sales support teams and operations to deliver profitable growth.

• Contribute to the company's reputation as an employer of choice and a magnet for top sales and development talent.

• Participate in defining sales training and incentive programs to motivate the sales team.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Oversee RFP responses, SoW's, and MSA's.

• Provide accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Compile detailed customer and prospect interactions using sales management software.

• Manage budget allocation and execute on growth opportunities, including being involved with hiring supporting staff.

• Monitor market and competitor activity, providing feedback to the leadership team.

• Manage key customer relationships and participate in expanding and closing strategic opportunities.

• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
