Position: Director of Sales Multiple Assets

In this role, you will be a critical part of the ongoing value creation for our hotel partners. Your job will be to provide 360-degree commercial support with the end game of driving more profitable revenue for 3-7 hotels. This position is virtual, and experience working in a remote role is preferred.

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

  • Familiar with all sales platforms Meeting Broker, Lanyon, Delphi & various PMS systems
  • Skilled at multitasking
  • Able to sell to the customers’ needs
  • Ability to close the deal

  • Expertise in channel management and revenue optimization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, seeks creative solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic, confident, charismatic, hunter mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on value creation daily
  • Step into the shoes of a property-level director of sales and marketing providing support virtually
  • Develop and execute a prescriptive 360-degree commercial business plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Represent hotels with professionalism and integrity in tandem with hotel clients as a seamless extension of the commercial team
  • Identify and activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
  • Manage all revenue drivers including but limited to pricing, segment, and channel oversight
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Participate in the creation of online and offline marketing tactics
  • Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
  • Deliver a weekly sales summary report

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Property sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years hotel sales and marketing experience
  • Previous experience working virtually
  • Experience selling for multiple brands preferred
  • Experience selling to various market segments.
