Job Requirements:


To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:


Experience:


  • 3-5 years in lighting retrofit, construction, EV, or similar energy sector sales.
  • 6+ sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Hubspot, or other project management software.
  • Finally - and perhaps most importantly - the passion and drive to create, nurture, and close deals.


Total Compensation Package: Ranges between $60,000 to $110,000 CAD, including commissions (uncapped).
