DEMOSSENY Business Consulting INC is a leading sales and direct marketing company. We specialize in face-to-face customer acquisitions, leadership and coaching, with a major focus on cable and the telecom industry, representing one of Canada’s most well known telecom brands.

We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial-minded and energetic people to help us grow our sales team in British Columbia.

We are hiring full-time Sales Consultants and Sales Reps for our new customer service and sales team. These are IN-PERSON positions, not remote.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Cold call and prospect potential clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals
- Proficient in math to perform calculations related to pricing, discounts, commissions, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,254.12-$83,864.51 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5C 0J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (preferred)
