Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing customized solutions to our clients seeking accessibility equipment to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the most suitable mobility device for each client's needs, ensuring that Motion is the top choice for mobility devices in the region.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities in the community to expand our network and create new opportunities.
- Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to various locations, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences, to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, sales, marketing, or a related program.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of in-person sales calls and client care excellence.
- Innovation: Possess problem-solving skills and expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs, with a focus on generating new leads and building relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively in a team environment.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
