Job Title: Sales Consultant - Beauty Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including salon owners, managers, and stylists
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market research
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to stay informed and engaged

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
