Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Oracle platform experience
- Reconciliation knowledge
- Process documentation
Deliverables:
- Developing governance framework documents
- Tracking internal KPIs and dashboard metrics
- Building employee experience and feedback process
- Enhancing business process requirements, assisting with business in-takes
- Experience with automated tools or scripts created/integrated within ARCS for unique IDs
- Define process for production mapping and maintain source systems to GL mappings
- Create and update process flow charts - update SOPs and create KDDs for key approvals
- Automate process in ARCS to enhance account mapping - design, approach, in-take for the tool Update approval workflows, automate exception reporting, improve data management requests
- Develop automated triage process for maintenance
- Streamline BOT testing process for other segments
- Streamline and improve meta data collection for employee requests around remappings and ownership changes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ArcGIS - web-based mapping software

Insight Global is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join a top bank in Canada. This individual will be responsible for all business analysis functions and be heavily involved in the creation of current and future state process maps and documentation. The successful candidate will possess good questioning and critical thinking skills, have a data centric and analytical mindset, and be able to work with cross-functional teams, communicating with various levels of stakeholders.
