Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive employee retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee retention and engagement
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns
- Partner with senior leadership to drive proactive strategies for employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning and development
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources provincial requirements
- Manage immigration requests and oversee performance management and review processes
- Drive employee engagement activities and diversity initiatives to enhance the work environment and employee satisfaction
- Advise and support management in employee relations, employee retention initiatives, and disciplinary and performance management
- Design and implement management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Total years of HR experience with 5 years in HR management
- BPO experience is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint for HR presentations and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-secondary education in HR or related fields, CPHR designation is an asset
- Strong communicator and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to bring solutions to complex people and business problems
- Strong sense of time management and prioritization
- HR legal and compliance knowledge
