HR Manager Job Description

At Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee retention initiatives, developing and implementing HR strategy, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, drive engagement, and promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Investigations and Compliance: Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring compliance with human rights, conflict, and performance regulations.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management and review process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
  • Immigration and Compliance: Manage immigration requests, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations.
  • HR Programs: Develop and implement HR programs, including employee relations, retention initiatives, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in HR management.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in HR or a related field, with a CPHR designation an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
