HR Manager Job Description

At Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving employee retention initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, and partnering with senior leadership to drive proactive strategies of engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategy to drive employee retention initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources provincial requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Drive employee engagement activities, diversity, and inclusion to enhance work environment and employee satisfaction, and oversee performance management & review process and other corporate Human resources programs as and when required.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Advise and support management in employee relations, employee retention initiatives, disciplinary and performance management, and design management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Immigration and Compliance: Manage immigration requests ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Requirements:
  • Total years of HR experience with 5 years in HR management.
  • BPO experience is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint for HR presentations/ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Post-secondary education in HR or related fields/ CPHR designation is an asset.
  • Strong communicator and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional in dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to bring solutions to complex people and business problems.
  • Strong sense of time management and prioritization.
  • HR legal and compliance knowledge.
