Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide feedback to the company's management team.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing all sales team members and processes
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations
  • Setting sales strategies and goals based on key metrics and data analysis
  • Setting sales targets for team members
  • Creating the sales department budget
  • Producing sales forecasts and reports
  • Researching the sales sectors and competitors
  • Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Building relationships with vendors
  • Collaborating with the operation department to develop effective customer relationship and support

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Market analysis and business opportunity identification skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in the industrial sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and Master's degree in management or business are preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and 5 years in sales management are required
