Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SUMMER OPENING


Position Overview: Begin your professional path as a Customer Service Sales Representative with one of Canada's leading retail brands. Engage with customers, create memorable experiences, and contribute to surpassing service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with retail associates to effectively showcase and promote products.


Service Excellence:

  • Utilize superior service skills to meet objectives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly with face-to-face interactions.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain an organized and appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.


Experience:

  • Passion for customer service and sales in a retail setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
  • Strong dedication to excellence and teamwork.
  • Canadian driver's license and/or access to transportation is advantageous.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate must be committed to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance our customer service initiatives.
