LSP is pleased to partner with one of the world’s largest and most respected asset managers to recruit a Vice President for their Canadian capital raising team. This role is a unique opportunity to influence the firm’s growth by deepening and expanding relationships with top-tier institutional investors across Canada.


The Vice President will be responsible for raising capital from some of Canada’s most sophisticated investors, including Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowments, and Foundations. The position offers flexibility, with the option to be based in any major city across Canada to align with your regional expertise. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with institutional investors; and articulating the firm’s diverse product strategies, leveraging private market experience to position the firm as a top asset manager.

Balancing independence with cross-functional collaboration, this role will have an impact on the firm’s global growth while enhancing its presence in Canada. Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in private markets investing, consulting, investor relations or investment banking.
  • Exceptional financial literacy and comfort with financial statements and investment concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, and a talent for creating compelling investment narratives.
  • A willingness to travel is required to strengthen relationships and represent the firm.
