Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst with specialized experience in business line of Mortgage/Lending. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Mortgage System.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategies and user needs.
  • Document system specifications, configurations, and processes in detail.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, manage project communications, and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure system functionalities are executed according to the business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance during the testing phase to ensure compliance with specifications.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst
  • Experience in Banking/FI especially Home Financing
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on complex assignments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various business units and IT teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with mortgage systems, especially MDIF, is highly preferred.
