Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with business and technology partners to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage detailed functional specifications.
  • Draft the initial Business Requirements Document (BRD) based on product requirements and manage updates based on technology and business feedback.
  • Possess knowledge and experience with deposits products and systems to facilitate accurate requirement gathering and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Agile projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Agile-related delivery.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Adobe platforms.
  • Previous experience with IT (RBSS) projects would be highly desirable.
