Job Title: ICT System Analyst

Job Summary:

The ICT System Analyst will provide technical support and analysis for clinical and business applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation. This role will work closely with the Application Support team to identify and resolve technical issues, develop and implement solutions, and provide administrator-level tasks for corporate tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and analysis for clinical and business applications
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical issues and problems
  • Provide administrator-level tasks for corporate tools and applications
  • Collaborate with the Application Support team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for system administration and appropriate use

Requirements:

  • Computer Science/Health Informatics degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Experience with business and systems analysis and working directly with business stakeholders
  • Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of solutions, systems, or products
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQLServer) and methods to communicate to the database
  • Foundational understanding of the IT role as it applies to clinical and business applications and practices
  • Working technical knowledge of MS Windows, SQL server, and MySQL

Working Conditions:

The ICT System Analyst will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a diverse group of professionals from Information Services and Clinical Informatics. The successful candidate will be flexible to work additional/varied hours as required (e.g. weekends, evenings, etc.).
