Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining business systems to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical specifications.
  2. Collaborate with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate functional specifications.
  3. Draft the initial Business Requirements Document (BRD) and manage updates based on technology and business feedback.
  4. Coordinate reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.
  5. Work with technology partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Possess knowledge and experience with deposits products and systems to facilitate accurate requirement gathering and analysis.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Agile projects.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Nice to Haves:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Agile-related delivery.
  2. Experience with Salesforce or Adobe platforms.
  3. Familiarity with Marketing Technology (martec) concepts and tools.
  4. Previous experience with IT (RBSS) projects would be highly desirable.
