Vous êtes organisé(e), proactif(ve) et passionné(e) par le marketing ? Notre client, leader dans le secteur des affaires, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Exécutif(ve) en Marketing pour soutenir son Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) et son équipe marketing senior.
Ce poste clé offre l’opportunité de contribuer à des projets marketing stratégiques, dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
Responsabilités :
- Gestion de projets : Assister dans les initiatives et projets marketing, coordonner les étapes clés et assurer le suivi pour le respect des délais.
- Préparation des réunions : Préparer les documents et informations nécessaires aux réunions ; assister aux réunions, prendre des notes et rédiger les comptes rendus.
- Communication & Coordination : Être le premier point de contact pour les clients internes et externes, gérer les communications pour le CMO, et garantir des réponses rapides et suivis.
- Soutien financier : Contribuer à la planification financière du département, assister dans les revues budgétaires, assurer un suivi et un rapport précis des dépenses.
- Gestion de l’agenda et des e-mails : Organiser l’agenda du CMO, gérer les e-mails et traiter les demandes urgentes de manière proactive.
- Préparation de la documentation : Rédiger et réviser des correspondances, présentations, rapports et autres documents nécessaires.
- Coordination d’événements : Aider à organiser des événements internes et externes, en assurant une logistique impeccable.
- Organisation de voyages : Planifier les déplacements (vols, hébergements, itinéraires) en tenant compte des besoins du CMO.
- Soutien à l’équipe marketing : Apporter un support administratif à l’équipe marketing senior pour divers projets et initiatives.
- Confidentialité : Gérer les informations sensibles avec discrétion et professionnalisme.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme postsecondaire en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe avec 5-7 ans d’expérience en tant qu’assistant(e) exécutif(ve), idéalement en marketing ou services professionnels.
- Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ; connaissance des outils marketing, un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, multitâche et organisation dans un environnement rapide.
- Communication écrite et orale professionnelle, à l’aise avec une clientèle variée.
- Attention extrême aux détails pour gérer des horaires et documents complexes.
- Capacité à anticiper les besoins du CMO et à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Expérience dans la gestion d’informations sensibles avec professionnalisme.
- Disponibilité pour travailler en dehors des heures de bureau lorsque requis.

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing? A prestigious international client in business law is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and senior marketing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist with marketing initiatives and special projects; coordinate and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for meetings, brief the CMO, attend meetings as needed, and take minutes.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, manage CMO communications, and ensure timely responses.
- Financial Support: Assist with departmental financial planning, contribute to budget reviews, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize and maintain the CMO’s calendar, monitor email inbox, and handle time-sensitive requests.
- Documentation: Prepare and review correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Event Coordination: Help organize internal and external marketing events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Senior Marketing Team Support: Provide additional administrative support to the senior marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in office administration, marketing, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in marketing or professional services.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of marketing tools is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse client base.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling schedules and documentation.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the CMO and proactively address issues.
- Experience handling sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours for urgent matters.
