PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Le superviseur logistique est chargé de se tenir au courant et de diffuser des informations, ainsi que de planifier stratégiquement son mode de transport en fonction des évolutions du secteur. Servir de modèle en développant des relations avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les parties prenantes internes essentielles à la réussite des besoins de nos clients en matière de transport et de chaîne d'approvisionnement. Le candidat sera chargé d'utiliser nos différents outils commerciaux pour confirmer la bonne exécution et l'exactitude de ses responsabilités respectives en matière de services. Le candidat sera également responsable de la planification et de l'exécution de la formation continue, du coaching individualisé et des évaluations semestrielles des talents pour son équipe respective.

 

EXEMPLE DE FONCTIONS

·        Fournir des conseils aux employés sur la manière de réagir face à des situations difficiles pour les clients.

·        Maintenir et superviser l'amélioration nécessaire des indicateurs clés de performance de l'équipe en vue de l'excellence opérationnelle.

·        Fixer des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs personnalisés pour leur équipe respective

·        Collaborer avec différentes équipes.

·        Collaborer avec les clients pour obtenir des résultats mutuellement bénéfiques.

·        Suivre les expéditions avec diverses parties internes et externes et y contribuer si nécessaire.

·        S'assurer que les accords de niveau de service avec les clients sont correctement exécutés.

·        Promouvoir la culture d'entreprise et la philosophie du service à la clientèle de l'OEC.

·        Participer aux analyses commerciales et soutenir les efforts de vente.

·        Gérer et réviser les meilleures pratiques et les documents SOP

·        Veiller à ce que l'équipe dispose des outils, du temps et du soutien nécessaires pour servir nos clients avec succès.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking a logistics supervisor to join our team. Within their assigned team to promote and foster people development to meet the needs of our customers and create an environment which will result in peak employee engagement and customer satisfaction. As a successful candidate, you will instill professionalism, consistency, and adherence to company practices within your team. The candidate will also identify development opportunities, provide feedback, and offer continuous training opportunities for their direct reports. Individualized coaching, participation in recruitment activities, and performance reviews will also be required of the candidate.

Your sense of urgency, mission mindset, attention to detail and strategic planning skills will be crucial in ensuring that your actions are meeting the needs of our business and customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A logistics supervisor is responsible for a keeping abreast of and disseminating information as well as strategic planning for their mode based on industry developments. Serve as a role model in developing relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders critical to the success of our clients’ transportation and supply chain needs. The candidate will be responsible to make use of our various business tools to confirm proper execution, and accuracy of their respective service responsibilities. The candidate will also be responsible for the planning and execution of continuous training, individualized coaching, and semi-annual talent reviews for their respective team.
