The opportunity

Bayshann Technologies is an Australian company which has brought to market a world first enterprise SaaS platform for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / Continuing Education (CE). It's not just a new platform we have created, but a transformative way of value creation for both professionals and professions from CPD/CE. Unlike some CRM/LMS solutions that typically have some CPD/CE tracking capabilities as an add on, our core business is laser focused on delivering a best in class solution for CPD/CE. There are no other direct competitors for what we have created.

What we have achieved so far

Following significant global research, we have developed and launched our product, with live customers in Australia, Canada, Ireland and we will soon enter the UK market. Our customers love our product and are our greatest advocates. A unique differentiator is the ability of our product to be configured to the CPD/CE needs of any profession anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Reach out to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and goals.
  • Present our solution in a compelling manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and promote new offerings.

What we are looking for

We are looking for seasoned sales leaders located in the Australia/New Zealand, US and Canadian regions with the following specific requirements. Please do not apply if you are unable to meet these requirements, as you will not be considered.

·      Seasoned sales professional who understands the end to end sales process

·      Demonstrated experience in b2b SaaS sales success over a sustained period of time

·      Demonstrated experience with product entry into new markets

·      Extensive networks within professional associations and their buying decision makers

·      Understanding of CPD/CE
