We are currently looking for a Group Benefits Administrator that has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable and successful individuals. How you'll make an impactBuild and foster excellent client and provider relationshipsAssist clients with their day-to-day needs which can include:Supporting their benefit plan eligibility maintenancePerforming data entry and audittig as requiredSharing best practices Assist members with their enrolment inquiries and eligibility criteriaFollow up with insurance providers for timely completion of service requestsHost virtual demonstrations of Gallagher’s proprietary online HR and benefit administration systemProvide administrative excellence as it relates to client onboarding and client admin training in support of our HR and group benefit servicesProvide administrative support including maintenance of client information files and CRM softwareEngage other team members as complex client situations arise and work collaboratively with complementary teams such as client facing Account Managers and FinanceAnswer telephone inquiries and respond promptly and professionally to email Exercise the utmost confidentiality in receiving information from clientsCollaborate with colleagues throughout our branch to continuously improve our processes and deliverablesComplete ad hoc projects and duties as required About youRequired: Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsWell-developed problem solving skills Detail oriented including numbers and formulasAbility to work in a fast-paced professional environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Tools Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices (not required but an asset)Written and verbal bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset Compensation and benefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.  Below are the minimum core benefits you’ll get, depending on your job level these benefits may improve:Flexible medical & dental coverage to meet your household's needsLife, Dependent Life and AD & D Insurance optionsRetirement savings including RRSP including a company match, TFSA, pension and moreEmployee Stock Purchase PlanOther benefits include:Educational expense reimbursementEmployee assistance programsDiscounted gym membership (GoodLife Fitness)Opportunity for flexible work arrangementsPaid sick days & personal daysEmployee education recognition programEmployee referral bonus programWe value inclusion and diversity Click Here to review our Canada Eligibility RequirementsInclusion and diversity (I&D) is a core part of our business, and it’s embedded into the fabric of our organization.
