Senior Demand Generation Manager

Job Overview
The Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead TechBlocks' paid media marketing initiatives, creating strategic campaigns that effectively engage audiences at all funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). You'll spearhead paid marketing channels to generate high-quality leads and enhance conversion rates, collaborating closely with sales, content, product marketing, and design teams to align campaigns with our ideal customer profiles across multiple industries.
We're looking for someone who has extensive hand-on experience in paid media marketing, bringing a relentless passion for results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, retargeting, etc.) aligned to TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU strategies.
- Deeply understand and segment various ICPs (Retail, Energy & Utilities, Digital Health, FinTech, etc.), customizing messaging and strategies to resonate with each audience.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, recommending optimizations and improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and emerging platforms to keep TechBlocks at the forefront of paid marketing excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance on funnel optimization, from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with a strong focus on paid media marketing.
- Proven track record managing significant budgets and driving high-impact results through digital paid channels.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and programmatic media.
- Demonstrated experience creating effective strategies for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, segmentation, and personalized marketing.
- Collaborative, results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in tech or related industries (Retail, Energy & Utilities, Digital Health, FinTech) is highly desirable.
