Demand Forecasting and Analysis Manager

Brafasco is seeking a highly skilled Demand Forecasting and Analysis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all facets of the sales and operations process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital/inventory performance.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a related field and a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience working on large-scale inventory demand initiatives and have knowledge of ERP and Advanced Inventory Management systems.
As a Demand Forecasting and Analysis Manager, you will develop and implement robust metrics and reporting on forecast accuracy and issues. You will also identify and reconcile forecast discrepancies, risks, and opportunities, and work to close gaps.
