Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Business Development & Sales at Stitch It Alterations and Dry Cleaning, you will lead efforts to expand our corporate partnerships across North America, focusing on our core services of clothing alterations and dry cleaning. This role is centered on driving strategic growth in the retail and fashion industries, helping businesses enhance their service offerings through high-quality tailoring and garment care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth in the alterations and dry cleaning sectors, targeting fashion retailers, department stores, apparel brands, hospitality businesses, uniform providers, and other key industries that rely on professional garment care services. Adapt approaches based on market needs, ensuring customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across diverse sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with market needs, positioning our services as essential value-adds for retailers and brands.
  • Analyze industry trends and client demands to tailor solutions that enhance customer experience and improve service efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts that maximize profitability while ensuring long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and market shifts, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the retail garment services space.

Marketing & Retail Partnerships:

  • Lead initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness of our retail-focused alteration and dry cleaning services.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns targeting fashion brands, department stores, and specialty retailers, emphasizing the benefits of professional tailoring and garment care.
  • Develop a content strategy to educate businesses on how premium alterations and dry cleaning services enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic sales roles within the retail industry, preferably in fashion, apparel, or garment care services. A deep understanding of retail operations, customer expectations, and industry trends is essential to drive business growth and establish strong partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, apparel retail, and consumer expectations regarding clothing alterations and dry cleaning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to engage clients, analyze market trends, and develop tailored business strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and analytics, with the ability to leverage insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Regular travel required.
