About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to pursue these opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing New Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and develop proposals to present to them.
  2. Developing Strategies: Create plans to execute on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales outreach.
  3. Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Work with the Protagon team, including Design, Project Management, and Account Management, to ensure client requirements are met.
  4. Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, including cost per lead, value per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and insight into lead generation channel effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or Business Administration: Proven academic background in a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ Years in Sales: Experience in business development, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, advertising displays, or related industries.
  • Understanding of Omnichannel Lead Generation Trends: Knowledge of lead generation strategies and metrics.
  • Excellent Communications Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations and interact with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Proven Track Record of Achieving Business Development Quotas: Demonstrated success in meeting business objectives.
