Job Description

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. If you excel in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement, this role is for you

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets ;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence ;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners ;
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies ;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Skills and requirement

  • Bachelors degree in business, sales, or a related field ;
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare, MedTech, or related industry ;
  • Proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams and drive business success ;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis ;
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required ;
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
