A strong background in restricted categories, such as vape or tobacco, is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a charismatic leader, and a results-driven professional who can effectively mentor and develop our sales team.

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Sales Results: Drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Talent Development: Develop and train direct reports and all levels of the field to create an environment where diversity is celebrated and everyone thrives.
  • Performance Strategies: Implement data-driven performance strategies driven by KPIs to optimize sales performance.
  • Field Logistics: Oversee field logistics and operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Resource Management: Internally and externally manage costs, resources, and growth.

Finance

  • Cost Tracking: Track and reconcile costs to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Expense Management: Manage expense tracking, data exports, and approvals.
  • Variable Costs: Track variable costs fees and implement efficient management practices.
  • Invoicing: Process monthly, quarterly reconciliations, and finance reporting.

Travel: Expect to be on the road 30 - 50% of the time, visiting various regions, overseeing field operations, or working closely with the operations, fractional service departments, or client team.
