We're seeking an Executive Assistant to the President. As an Executive Assistant at Endurance Wealth Partners, your primary responsibility is to provide high-level administrative support to the President. This role will be ideal for someone who is forward-thinking, growth-oriented, and excited to contribute to impactful, purpose-driven work.

Position Details

  • Location: 109 Russell Ave, St. Catharines, ON, L2R 1V8; 855 King St E #103, Cambridge, ON, N3H 3P1; and 77 Hwy 20 W, Fonthill, ON, L0S 1E0.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Primarily remote (60-75%), with occasional travel to offices in St. Catharines, Cambridge, and Burlington.
  • Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience, fully paid health and dental insurance, Growth and Participation Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the President, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparing documents.

Client Service: Handle client inquiries, manage calls and emails, and ensure timely follow-up for a seamless client experience. Schedule meetings and arrange client events.

Document Management: Assist with the preparation, filing, maintenance and organization of client documents and financial reports.

Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update client information in CRM, provide data-driven insight to the President, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administrative duties as required

This Role Is for You If You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the financial services or wealth management industry. Knowledge of financial terminology and basic investment concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive and independent worker with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems (such as SalesForce and Qbo).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Financial or investment education or experience in a financial services firm.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or expense management.
  • Event planning or project management experience.
  • Experience working with AI-powered administrative tools.
