Position Overview

As the Director of Growth, You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives to drive the company's clinician adoption and subscription base in the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. This role requires strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and great execution with a deep understanding of growth strategies, customer acquisition, and data-led decision-making. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing our network of physicians and clinics, enhancing our market presence, and facilitating our innovative solutions' adoption. Your efforts will directly influence the growth and success of Empathia AI in your designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Growth Plans: Independently create and implement comprehensive growth strategies, consistently meeting and exceeding growth targets.
  • Identify and Prioritize Opportunities: Spot and rank growth prospects, including new markets, product enhancements, and customer segments.
  • Hands-On Approach: Visit clinics to demonstrate our AI solution, assisting with customer onboarding and implementation both in person and online.
  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to customers to drive adoption and usage of our products and services.
  • Primary Customer Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Monitor Usage and Engagement: Track customer usage and engagement to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Feedback Relay: Provide timely and precise feedback from physicians and clinics to our product teams.
  • Customer Support: Offer unwavering support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Representation: Represent Empathia AI at local workshops and industry conferences, both online and in person.
  • Travel: Travel locally as needed and attend conferences and trade shows in North America several times a year.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in a growth-focused role, sales, business development, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Independent and strong critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Drive) and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous field experience, particularly with pharmaceuticals or healthcare technologies like EMR, is highly advantageous.
  • A driven, self-motivated, organized, empathetic individual with a team-player attitude.
