The Role: Inside Sales / Account Manager


This role is ideal from someone experienced in growing and nurturing sales opportunities, ideally from a consulting background in technology. In this role you will be helping DSI to manage and improve its sales and account management delivery model. You will be tasked with ensuring our company sales records (CRM) and sales targets (revenue) are met on a month-to-month basis. Work hand in hand with senior sales leadership and utilize support and training from our existing sales team to help you transition into an effective Inside Sales and Account Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Will be calling down on leads who attended our workshops as well as individuals who engage with our marketing messaging.
  • Need to also investigate the target organizations and figure out who would sponsor a project and reach out proactively.
  • Someone able to understand our analytics and app dev story.
  • Eager to learn and willing to deal with rejection.


  • Work with customer teams and leadership to manicure our current CRM database; tracking existing contacts for accuracy and outreach.
  • Working with Campaign teams to track and contact customers of our marketing events and possible sales opportunities.
  • Create opportunities through cold and warm calls, email campaigns, and general account management duties.
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Reaching sales growth targets.
  • Keeping prompt and accurate CRM records evolving from sales initiatives.


Qualifications:


· 3 - 5 years experience in sales, consulting and solution sales preferred, agency experience also acceptable. Years are not as important as energy and hunting opportunities.

· Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Cloud services an asset.

· Familiarity with CRM Dynamics or other platforms an asset.

· An ability to think and work independently, as work will be remote.

· Good communication and outgoing personality; rapport building with clients.

· Prompt and motivated.
